I am considered "in-network" through major insurance carriers including Aetna, Cigna, United Health Care, and Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois (PPO and Blue Choice plans) through an administrative platform called Headway. You must book through Headway to use these insurance benefits.

For all other carriers, I am considered "out of network". If you wish, I can provide you with a superbill to give to your insurance for potential re-imbursement using your "out of network" benefits. I also accept HSA, FSA, and all major credit cards. Payment is due before appointment begins. Please call or email directly to schedule an appointment if you would like to self-pay or require a superbill.
